I upgraded my 2gb plan on the 23/10/18. I received the new upgrade handset (Huawei Mate 20 Pro with promotion) on the 27/10/18. I Inserted the new SIM and activated it, keeping the previous number, xxxxxxxxxxx. However my EE account still showed xxxxxxxxxxx as a 2GB plan. Not the new 60GB plan I had ordered with the upgrade. I phoned up yesterday and they sent out a new SIM saying that would solve it and the xxxxxxxxxxx account would update. This has not happened, instead, there is now a new line on my account with the 60GB plan, implying I'm paying for two phone lines now.
Any help taken!
