Im a new customer

Hi,just joined ee,bought a new mobile and there was no option to pick which free gift i wanted ? 

 

So my process oder has been accepted and all that but nothing mentioned bout free gift ? Please help ss its part of what i ordered ?

Which phone did you order and was this done on the shop pages on our website, in a store or over the phone with us?

 

Can you let me know which promotion you were offered and what options of a free gift you were given?
