I would like to cancel my sim only contract as 3 have offered a much better deal, £10 per month with an extra GB of data! I would also like my Puk number

Have a chat with our upgrades team, they may be able to offer a better deal to stay. 🙂

If you mean PAC code, they'll be able to provide that if you decide not to stay.

Phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term.

Then take a contract with Voda & give them the PAC you got from EE. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract.
