I would like to cancel my orange dongle contract but have lost paperwork?

I would like to cancel my orange dongle but due to recent issue( house flood) i no longer have paperwork or dongle in my possesion, i havent used it for a while and have been meaning to cancel. I cant seem to find a way to do this. The direct debit is been taken every month.
