Are you able to? 


How long have you had your current contract. If you are not in your last 45 days then there will be an early upgrade fee. This si the remaining months payments minus VAT

It's great to hear your looking to upgrade with us!


You have a number of ways to upgrade such as giving us a call, visiting your local store or logging into your My EE and selecting upgrade. 


I would definitely recommend following the advice previously given and texting UP to 150 to see if your account is eligible to upgrade.
