I want to cancel one of my phone accounts. I can’t get through via phone.

I need to cancel one of my pay monthly phones today and can’t get through via phone due to ‘adverse weather’ can someone please contact me ASAP.

No one will phone you from a user discussion forum. You need to phone EE to cancel a contract or you could write to them if your contract term is up. See Cancelling a contract .
