Where did you get the upgrade from and also was it an online/telephone or an instore purchase?

If you have upgraded directly with EE in the last 14 days over the phone, live chat or website, you will be able to return your upgrade to us.

 

If you upgraded in and EE store, there is no change of mind policy.
