Depending on when you changed your plan it may not be reflected until your next bill.

Thanks for your message James, however this month's bill I have been
charged the new contract amount plus an extra £20 and not received the
previous month's bill refund this month. What can I do about this?

Hi @gmsnell61.

 

I'd recommend contacting our Mobile Care team as they will have access to your account and be able to look into this for you.

 

They will either be able to explain the bill or talk to you about a refund if it is necessary.
