Hi, I paid my bill by card using the automated service. This morning EE have taken a direct debit for the same amount (£96) so now my EE account is showing as being in credit. Am I entitled to ask for that to be refunded to me?

@Dingy33 you can ask for it back and need to call customer services to request it back.
