I paid for £50 upfront payment for my new contract yet I'm charged £88

Help me understand why I have to pay £88 on my first bill a week after I paid £50 for a new contract... do I have to pay it or it will deduct the deposit

Hi @Marvelclash47.

Were you told why you needed to pay £50 upfront?

It could be a handset cost or even a deposit.

As @Chris_B has suggested, our customer service team will be able to check your account and see your bill.

You could also check your bill on your My EE Account.
