I i have ordered 4 iphone se on pay monthly but haven't heard anything since i got emails saying order successful i also dont have any photo id what am i ment to do

Hello @Maggie123 your quickest option would be to call the EE sales team on 150 from an EE phone or 0800 956 6000 from any other quoting the XKN order reference number given to you in the confirmation email who can access the account/order and look into this for you. 🙂

EE will not respond to any emails unfortunately. The only way to contact them is either online chat or by phoning them.

Hello @Maggie123 which options did you use? You should be able to get straight through using options 2, 4 if you do not have an EE number to enter as an existing customer.
EE do not have email customer service and only send out notification emails about orders, but you can also try live chat by expanding the EE tab and clicking chat now using this link. :):
