I am trying to buy a new contract with EE (first time with them) and with the email address I'm trying to sign up with it states ive already registarted which is stranged as I've never used EE before.
So when I am trying to check out with my contract it asks me to log in, so i got a password reset, logged in and in order for me to do anything else, I have to add my phone number to my accounts in order for me to check out...but I don't have a number and I'm soooo confused on what to do haha.
I just wanna leave O2 and join EE but it seems impossible for now
