I keep getting texts saying that I don't have an internet booster yet I have one

I keep getting texts saying that 'I am trying to access the internet but haven't purchased/activated a booster' and my internet access seems to be limited daily so I cannot even access my emails. It started a couple of months ago.

I upgraded my account to include an unlimited internet booster about a year ago ( £4.25 per month). I have checked my account and its still active. Why am I getting these annoying texts and why is my internet access being locked?

Hello @broog5150 what reply do you get when you text the code AL to 150? There is no access to accounts to check why this is happening through here I am sorry this would need to go through customer service on 150 from your T-Mobile phone or 07953 966 150 from any other. 🙂
