I have to wait 3 months before can add another line?!

Hi,
I recently ordered a new contract on an  iPhone 6s Plus, but this was for my partner.
I have just gone to order myself a new phone with EE but have been told I am not allowed to have one and must wait for 3 months!!!

Why is this? Why must I wait 3 months?! Can anyone help me? Am very disappointed as had my heart set on an iPhone 7 plus 😞

Hi, 

 

It must be your credit eligibility. When you take out new credit (especially mobile phones) your credit rating takes a hit. Three months shows you can afford the bill.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
