Hi @vdanise Sadly not, you only get to use it once.
If you choose to upgrade, move plans or enter into a new contract for mobile services, you’ll be unable to get a further Free Period.

I have a new contract and the company I organised my contract with states I can get 6 months free iTunes.
how do I go about checking what details are correct?
am I entitled or not??

@vdanise If you upgraded, you aren't entitled to another 6 months free. If you signed up as a new customer, with a new contract, went through a hard credit check and all that, and it's not on the same account as your existing contract, then you may be in luck. Text MUSIC to 150 and see what it says.
In MyEE under Add-ons it should also say if Apple Music is chargeable or free
One of these options may help you find the answers you need.
