EE:We were unable to process your latest bill. In order to avoid fees, update your billing information.
This is the message I received via text about 30 mins ago. I have paid it via a credit card.
I have just been to my online banking to see if there was a problem. I noticed the DD. is not due to go out till tomorrow anyway. What's going on??

@Radville Was there a link in the message to go to your account? If there was it’s a scam message do not use that link. EE would never send you a link to login to your account.

If you suspect a text is fake and isn't from EE, follow the below steps;
DO NOT click on any of the links within the message - if you have clicked on the link and entered your password details, to be safe I would change this.
DO NOT reply with any information
DO NOT download any attachments
DO send it to us to investigate – Forward the message to 7726
DO delete the message
