I found an EE contract on an independent site. Do I leave my current EE contract

I found an EE contract on affordablemobiles.co.uk for iPhone 7 Plus - £33 pm. If I enter this contract do I first need to cancel my current EE contract as they are not prepared to offer me an affordable contract? The person I spoke to on the phone was very dismissive and unhelpful so hoping for some good advice on here.

Thanks

Hi @loumc27

You can upgrade via EE or via any third party provider. If you get a better deal then well done.

Thanks

If you can't upgrade with the 3rd party but only take a new contract, you will need to port your existing no. to another network's PAYG & then back to the new phone, if you want to keep your no., before cancelling old EE contract.
