I rang EE to cancel my contract in January. You assured me this all went through so I got rid of my SIM card. Now I look at my bank statement and I have continued to have been charged. I live abroad (outside EU) and do not want to have to waste my money calling you.
How do I go about getting refunded and actually having my contract terminated?
