I cancelled my contract In January and am still being billed

I rang EE to cancel my contract in January. You assured me this all went through so I got rid of my SIM card. Now I look at my bank statement and I have continued to have been charged. I live abroad (outside EU) and do not want to have to waste my money calling you.

How do I go about getting refunded and actually having my contract terminated?

@jamesprestwich

You will need to speak to CS again. Their number from abroad is +44 (0) 7953 966 250

Thanks

Hi @jamesprestwich,

Thanks for visiting the EE Community.

Did you request a PAC code when you gave notice to cancel your contract?
