I can not upgrade my phone it keeps saying the page will not load

I try and upgrade and it keeps telling me that the page will not load due to too many redirects

ive tried it from both my mobile and on a laptop and and ipad and it comes back with the same response

Are you able to log into your My EE account?

 

Have you tried clearing all cache and cookies?

Hi, yes i have done this and still does not work, the wording that come up is: cannot open the page because too many redirects occured.
