I applied for contract but haven't heard anything have I been accepted

I applied for a contract on Tuesday evening. I received a successful order then xkn number and all the details of what I ordered and delivery details and payment details but I haven't heard anything else about when it will be delivered or anything. And they have haven't took any money out my accounts for credit check please help

Hello @Loucampbell86 if you received a confirmation email along with an XKN reference number that means your order has been accepted and you should receive a text message from EE or DPD about when it will be delivered.

 

To check on an order please call customer service on 150 from an EE mobile or landline or 0800 956 6000 from any other. If it is an EE personal pay monthly account you can also access Live Chat:

They haven't taken any money for credit check and still haven't heard tried live chat and it just says busy. But what ur saying is if I have the xkn number that's Definately been accepted?
