How to stop your contract

I have called to stop my contract a month ago and i have been charged again for this month. How to stop completely the contract

You need to call and give 30 days notice.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Did you apply your notice before your bill was produced?
