How to cancel when locked out of account

I need to cancel my account however I've been told I'm locked out of my account which is unacceptable. The bill comes out on the 9th and the money should be taken on the 17th of each month which isn't always the case. Can you help me?

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

If you wish to cancel and keep your number text PAC to 85075 and you will get a text back with your PAC code if you wish to cancel without keeping your number you will need to visit a EE store  with photographic ID to unlock your account then contact 150 to give 30 days notice.
