How to cancel EE contract without a phone or letter

I am in Colombia and I am getting no service to my phone anywhere - but I'm still being billed. I'm on a pay monthly contract and I would like to cancel it. If possible I would like to do this over the internet as I cannot call nor do I have the time to send a letter

Thank you
