How do i use my 20% discount Employee Voucher Code when upgrading online?

I have an employee discount voucher code, but there is nowhere to enter this code in the upgrade section when upgrading online! Even though there is a drop down, if you are applying as a new customer!

Hello @constar1947 when you get to the basket/checkout stage there should be a section labeled 'Got a voucher code?' either at the very bottom just before you click proceed to checkout or just above the final total where you can enter the code before processing the order. 🙂

Nope, not seeing it..... Drop downs for BT Sport App or Apple Music, but No discount code! At the very bottom is the confirm PIN button, but cant see discount code box!

Hi and welcome to the Community @constar1947

So I can try and assist, please may if it is the EE Perk code that you are trying to use?

If you place your order do let me know and I can get the code applied for you.

Please do take into consideration the following:

It’s available on Pay monthly on a handset, SIM only, MBB and Tablet but there are a couple of restrictions:

  • No plans that are already on offer
  • No Max Plans with annual upgrade.

Hope this helps,

Lee

Hi @constar1947

Unfortunately the upgrade would have to be placed online.

Many thanks,

Lee
