I do not have a military discount applied and would like this rectified. I also believe I have been overcharged for a lack of data.

EE Perk discounts can only be applied at the time of taking out a new contract or upgrade; not after the event.
Why do you feel you've been overcharged for a lack of data? You can't go over your data allowance w/out buying a data add-on.

As @XRaySpeX has advised EE Perk Discount can only be applied at point of upgrade or point of sale.
If this is something you have previously requested to be applied I would recommend speaking with our customer service team. The team will also be able to help you with your data package.
