Re: How do I get a replacement sim

Hello @timegoesby12 you can get a replacement SIM card free of charge from any EE store or you can order one over the phone through customer service on 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other or online using this form for £1.50:

Re: How do I get a replacement sim

Hello there @timegoesby12.

Thanks for coming here.

Are you with us on an EE personal contract?

Also is this for a new phone or a lost/stolen SIM?

Speak soon 🙂

Re: How do I get a replacement sim

The reason I need a replacement is that the one I have is the wrong size for my new phone handset that I bought. But I tried to order a replacement using the link you gave and at no point does it give you the chance to say what size of SIM you need, so I've not ordered one that is probably the wrong size. And you can't even reply to the email they send confirming it is on its way!

Re: How do I get a replacement sim

Good Afternoon @Lucy9

Thanks for coming to the community.

No need to worry our SIMs are designed to include all three sizes – Nano and micro SIMs pop out of the middle of the standard SIM card.

Help on what size SIM you need can be found on our Help page>

You can pop the SIM out to fit your device 🙂

Thanks, Leanne.
