How do I cancel one of the lines on my account?

You need to call EE and give your 30 days notice if it is on Pay Monthly

Is it an additional line on a pay monthly account that you want to cancel?

 

Do you want to take the number to another provider? Or are you looking to cancel the line all together?

 

Are you out of contract on the number you want to disconnect?

I wish to cancel 1 of the phone contracts I have. Its out of contract and doesn't want it anymore,

If you can give our Customer Care team a call, they will be able to help you get this line cancelled.

 

Make sure you let them know which line you wish to be cancelled.
