@darrenjh3: Call EE to give 30 days notice of cancellation. If you are still within contract term you will be liable for early termination fees.
Do not cancel your DD until you have settled final bill.
I too recommend speaking to customer services.
They have access to your account and will be able to take 30 days notice from you, if that's what you decide to do.
Hopefully, you change your mind and stay. 🙂
