How can i freeze my payment while abroad for 3 months ?

HI,

 

I was on Orange before it changed to EE, I am going abroad for 3 months March - June and want to freeze or stop my contract for 3 months.

Is this possible?

I have seen on other posts it says if you are on Orange which I was before it was bought out.

 

I have been a loyal customer for 5 years +

 

I know other providors offer this.

EE won't do payment holidays.
