How can I upgrade online

I want to early upgrade my phone online as I am on holiday and have broken my phone so would like it to be done for when I get back is there any way to do this

@Katecorn  If your not in your upgrade period you'll need to call customer services as you will have to pay off the remaining term of your current contract and this can only be done via calling customer services.

Also unless you have the handset delivered to an EE store you need to be at home to provide documentation/ID for delivery.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

I was just wondering, do you have any insurance?
