The login error, working on fixing page, unable to complete request right now, try again later message comes up every time. And I would like to get on and check/put money on, my account.

What device are you using?

I can log into EE online portal without any issues in chrome and the EE app also works just fine (just updated it)

Call 150 tomorrow and ask them to delete your online account. Then re-register.
