Hi I recently upgraded my phone but couldn’t take delivery as didn’t have photo

Hi I recently upgraded my plan but couldn’t take delivery of device as haven’t got photo id I sent it back then rang ee who told me once they receive it back they will cancel order then order new device but this is now over a week and still heard nothing but they have started the plan on my old device they said I have to wait for a text to say it’s back with them but surely it doesn’t take over a week

Welcome to the community. 

 

We would recommend up to 14 days for a device to be marked as returned and price plan reverted. 

 

If you give our mobile care team a call, they will be able to check to see if this is now back with us.
