HOW CAN i cancel MY PLAN?i cant pay it anymore

I had a Strong and MY ex wife managed to settle a new plan on my behalf without my permission and i cant pay it anymore

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
