Currently serving away, I have heard that you can request a freeze on your EE account. Since there is no signal and the phone is currently redundant besides WIFI.

Unfortunately I am unable to make calls as there is no signal at all. Would you happen to have an email address that I could go through instead.

Hi @MJB2 Unfortunately EE don't have an email address for customer services.
Are you able to try live chat from MyEE?
If you have Wifi you can also skype EE for free on +44 800 079 8586
If you can't get anything working, let us know and I'm sure someone will try and come up with something!
