For over a month I have had no service from my home address Ts212by

I have had no service at my home address Ts212by, the EE store has told me to contact EE directly. Is there an issue

@Claren   I’ve just checked your postcode and there is no known issues in that area, I highly recommend you contact customer services about this.   Just to ask do you get a signal elsewhere?

I get signal elsewhere just not at the home address. Customer services have talked me through other processes but all negative still showing no service
