Hi ive been trying to add a new number ob my ee account since friday and ir keeps coming up with an error page? Is this a common issue should i ring ee? Thanks

Hello @Kirstylg91 sorry to hear you are having problems registering a new number to your MYEE account. Try another device or browser if you can, or clearing the cookies/history of your current browser then trying again.
If the above do not work please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other who can access the account and check/register the number for you. If you are a personal pay monthly customer on an EE plan you can also access Live Chat using one of the ways mentioned in this link. :):

try using a different browser like firefox, we had this issue when sending the security code to the sim card.
