Is it a standard practice once the contract ends EE automatically roll on to a new contract without my permission ?

Re: Ending contract

@Jayshree17  Your contract changes to a 30 day rolling contract at the minimum term.  You agreed to this when you took out the contract as it’s part of the T&Cs of the contract. It doesn’t change to a new contract.

Re: Ending contract

Not exactly! It's all the same contract; just that the min. term has expired & so you can now cancel anytime FoC.
