End of contract reduce bill

My contract ended last month and I was under the impression my bill would reduce as I've now paid the phone off. Is this not the case.....?

Re: End of contract reduce bill

No. These contracts don't just end. After the min. term they just carry on at the agreed price on a rolling month's notice basis until you explicitly cancel or upgrade.

EE has no concept of paying the handset off. You agreed a price for the whole duration of the contract.
