End of Contract and 30-day rolling plan

Hello,

My 24 months contract ended on 26 December and, according to this link https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/managing-and-using-my-account/leaving-ee/what-happens-at-the-end-of-m... now I'm on a 30-day rolling plan.

Do I still need to give 30 days of notice to close the account?
If I give PAC to new network, is gonna switch automatically and close the contract?
Thanks in advance for your answers.

Re: End of Contract and 30-day rolling plan

Hi,

If you have been given the PAC from EE, then as soon as you use the PAC and transfer to another network, your EE service will be terminated.

Edit:

You can request for PAC right now.
