End of Contract - Feeling Robbed!

I was under the (wrong) impression my contract would just end......obviously it didn't.  I've now been overcharged over £100.  EE are being very unhelpful to someone who has been a loyal customer with EE/Orange for over 15 years.  I called on Thursday and a bill was going to be generated that day- despite me saying cancel I will still be charged on the 17th!  However, my question is by cancelling today and moving to another network, will I be AGAIN charged next month!?

Re: End of Contract - Feeling Robbed!

@Morgan_86  No you’ll not be charged again as you pay pro rata.  When contracts end they charge to a 30 day rolling contract until you give notice. This is in the contract that you agreed too.

Re: End of Contract - Feeling Robbed!

You don't need to give 30-days notice to cancel. If you get your PAC from EE & give it to new provider you won't pay EE beyond the date that the other network ports in your no..

To get your PAC from EE text PAC to 65075 from your EE device.
