End contact

Hi! My contract sim only ends 12.11.2017 I just need packcode. I don’t want upgrade. I understand when I buy for one year this contract automatically closed?

No, it doesn't auto close. It's just that its min. term expires.

 

Phone CS for you PAC a few days before your min. term is up & give it to your chosen new network. When they use it to port your no. then your EE contract will be cancelled.

Doesn’t make sense. Everywhere when I check my contact is not minimum 12 months but for 12 months when I check I I sign contract just for 12 months and finish is 12.11. Nowhere I can’t find is minimum 12 months. So what I need to do now?

EE & most other mobile firms don't do fixed term contracts.

 

Does it matter if you are gonna port your no. elsewhere about that time?

Here is some further information on Cancelling a contract after 14 days if you need it.

 

  • Your account will close within 30 days from when you contact us. If you’ve requested a PAC code, your account will only close when porting has been completed after you've used your PAC code.
