EU calls from UK

I pay £5 per month for 500GB, 500 minutes and unlimited texts. In the text that shows me my allowances, when I type AL to 150, it says I've got UK and EU minutes. Does this mean I'll be able to call a mobile number in France (french number of course) and not get charged anything extra?  Thanks

Re: EU calls from UK

No, calls/texts from UK are International calls not included in your UK allowances & are chargeable. Text CALL ABROAD to 150 to get them at Cheaper-than-standard rates.

Your UK allowances can be used in the EU when you are roaming abroad but when you are in UK you are not roaming.
