Only if you Upgrade from SIM-Only to a phone contract. Otherwise, you need to cancel it yourself by giving EE 30-days notice.

Hi @Mrtiger123

Welcome to the community. 🙂

Did you upgrade from a SIM only contract? Did you do it directly with EE keeping the same number?

Chris 🙂

Hi @Mrtiger123,

In that case, your old SIM plan will have been replaced with your new phone plan.

Thanks for upgrading with EE.

James
