Different price to the one being quoted online

I have just changed from my old Orange account to an EE Pay Monthly SIM only deal. The price was quoted as £12.99 per month inclusive of VAT but the confirmation email states that the price will actually be £13.30 - why am I not being charged the price that was shown when I ordered?

Re: Different price to the one being quoted online

Hi,

You are charged more because of the RPI increase of 2.5% which applies to most accounts.

Thanks
