Default showing on credit report but ive never been contacted

Hi,

ive recently applied to take out a mortgage and unfortunately got refused due to 2 defaults from you (one from 'Orange brought to you by EE' with a balance of £65, and the other from 'EE' with a balance of £363). Ive only ever had one account with you, which is still in use and my bill comes out as a direct debit every month and my phone has never been cut off, infact i only upgraded with you in  August - surely something would have been mentioned then. These defaults date back to March 2016 and i just dont understand how.

How can this be rectified?

Jason

@JasonLewis89  You’ll need speak with customer services about this. And EE do not have to contact as they are not required to do so if you ever cause a default on your credit score.
