Yesterday I upgraded my phone SIM only plan on my account. I also have an iPad on a Shared Data SIM on the same account and it is no longer working since the upgrade. I get error messages saying “Could not activate mobile data network. PDP authentication failure.” I have reset the network settings on my iPad, switched it on and off again and it shows a 3G connection instead of 4G and the error message still comes up. Any suggestions please?

@MightyDrumbeat Your no longer on a shared data plan as EE don’t offer them any more. But please try a hard reset on the iPad by holding down the home and power button until you see the Apple logo.
