Customer service complaint- annual upgrade promise

Hi i have had issues in the past upgrading with EE one being the fact that they put me on the wrong price plan and told me it was my fault. This year because of issues I have had in the past, I was promised to fee free annual upgrade. Confirmed by a manager in the sales department. I called back 2 days later to see if had been actioned they said they hadn’t actioned the tariff change nor can they waive the fee they promised. I am deeply unhappy with the lack of service and had 2-3 unhelpful advisors after. Just beware of any promise you get from EE I have the transcripts and they still won’t honour the information they told me!
