If you log into My EE or the My EE app, it should show a breakdown of your bill.
But as @XRaySpeX has mentioned, it may well be the RPI increase, which all pay monthly contracts are affected by.
If you can't find any info relating to the extra charge you are seeing on My EE/My EE app, then I would advise you to ring customer service on 150, and ask them to look into the extra charge. Customer service re-open at 8 AM.
