Contract renewed but not showing

Hi, upgraded on the weekend, data reset this morning but only to 10GB when allowance is 60GB. Any ideas please?

Text BA to 150. What does the text say you have?

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

What plan does your My EE Account show that you're on under Plan & Add-ons?

 

Does it also show 10GB in your account too?
