Contract ended but still being charhed

Hi, 

My wife's contract has ended (4th Jan) yet we are still getting charged the full amount. 

Surely once it ends you should only get charged usage as you've paid the phone off. 

Any help appreciated.

@gbray27  if the contract has reached its minimum term it will change to a 30 day rolling contract at the same price point as stated in the T&Cs of the contract your also paying for the minutes/texts and data not just the device.  You do not get billed only on usage you are still billed per month.  You need to call customer services to see what your options are you can even just go with a sim only contract and continue with the same device.
